The Suao Port Branch Office is headed by one senior director, who oversees all operations in the office. A senior deputy director and a supervisor are designated to assist the senior director in dealing with the operations. Designated under are harbor management, business and construction sections, administrative affairs, personnel, accounting and civil service ethics offices, and stevedoring and warehousing section. Besides, two taskforces of labor safety and information are assembled; alongside are a port police station and a fire squad.
